Jeffery is a legacy dog trainer who has been training dogs and families for over 30 years. Having grew up in an environment where his father Anthony Ong, a trainer for the Singapore Police dog unit, lived, breathed, and spent his childhood alongside his father. He began dog training as a young teen to adulthood where he got his formal dog training from National K9, a dog training school in the US in 2002.

Since his graduation, Jeffery has also continued his professional development as a remote collar specialist from the No Limitations Remote Collar (2004) program and That’s My Dog E-cademy by Robin MacFarlane in 2005. The following year, Ong spent time with Maryna Ozuna a dog ethology expert. He is certified as a Canine Kinesthetic practitioner.

 Jeffery’s purpose in life is to help people be successful with their dogs and leverage an individual’s strengths.  His love and awe for the human-dog relationship is the origin of the birth of K9 World Academy.
