Charissa is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach with extensive experience in both the corporate and public sectors. She brings a deep understanding of service excellence and a proven ability to meet and exceed client needs. Charissa played a pivotal role as the co-chairperson of the Advisory Panel that contributed to the creation and development of SCAPE and youth development policies in Singapore. A passionate advocate for non-traditional career paths, she championed initiatives encouraging young people to pursue vocations outside the mainstream, helping shape a future where Singaporeans are inspired to find fulfillment in their work.
As a trainer, Charissa excels at simplifying complex concepts and translating them into actionable insights. She has led numerous workshops and coaching programs that enhance staff engagement and performance for a diverse range of organizations, including multinational corporations, non-profits, and SMEs. Notable clients include SingHealth, Audemars Piguet, Johnson & Johnson, Roche, Singapore Tourism Board, Ministry of Trade & Industry, VF Corporation, Ministry of Home Affairs, AIA, and A*Star, among others.
Charissa’s passion for coaching is rooted in her own experience of having mentors at key stages of her professional and personal journey. She believes that every individual, regardless of age, has untapped potential waiting to be discovered—and it is through coaching that this potential is unlocked.
